Baby found dead in Lodi, police say

(FOX40.COM) — A baby was found dead in central Lodi Thursday, the Lodi Police Department said.

According to police, officers responded to a call around 11:39 a.m. that an infant was “located in the area of Tokay Street and Sacramento Street.”

Police said that emergency personnel also responded, but that the baby was pronounced dead at the site.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police at (209) 333-6727 or Detective Valencia at (209) 269-4826.

Those wishing to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at (209) 369-2746 and refer to Lodi Police Department case 24-6978.

for the uneducated ppl blaming political ppl1. who over turned Roe v Wade 2. it's MURDER...if a baby is born and killed...3. only medical reasons if a baby is killed that way.some ppl CANNOT be that ignorant to make this political without proof

how old was the baby? was it just born and the mother dumped the baby? I don't understand why people do crap like this!? why couldn't they just take the baby to a fire station.
