Sacramento marijuana business robbery ends in crash

(FOX40.COM) — An attempted robbery of a marijuana business in Sacramento ended with a crash on Monday morning, according to the Sacramento Police Department.

Officers responded to the 5700 block of Alder Avenue just before 5 a.m. after reports of a robbery in progress.

Multiple people were seen fleeing in a vehicle from the marijuana business, initiating a chase with police.

The suspect vehicle crashed into a vehicle at South Watt Ave and Manlove Road which resulted in non-life-threatening injuries for the passengers of both vehicles.

Police found that the robbers were able to steal marijuana from the business, but it is unclear how much they got away with.
