    Stolen vehicle pursuit ends in crash in San Joaquin County

    (FOX40.COM) — The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office arrested one suspect and is looking for another following a pursuit Wednesday morning.

    According to the sheriff’s office deputies attempted to stop a stolen vehicle in Stockton around 9:40 a.m.

    The sheriff’s office said the vehicle didn’t stop and led deputies on a pursuit that ended when the vehicle crashed near Mills Avenue and Lake Street in Lodi.

    Two suspects exited the vehicle and ran away.

    The sheriff’s office said it caught and arrested the driver but that it was stills searching for the passenger.

    The sheriff’s office is requesting people avoid the area while the search is underway.

    I seen that high speed chase on lower Sacramento rd I was praying no one got hurt the cops or they didn't crash with with someone else because that van was driving stupid crazy fast
