Body of missing man found in remote El Dorado County, officials say

(FOX40.COM) — The body of a man who was reported missing in El Dorado County in early October has been found in a remote part of the county , according to the county sheriff’s office.

The agency announced on Thursday that deputies identified the body of Tyson Fiddler, who was reported missing after being seen for the last time early Saturday morning at a bar shortly before closing time.

Fiddler had reportedly been at PJ’s Roadhouse near the Kingsville community, southwest of Placerville, at around 1:50 a.m. on Saturday.

The sheriff’s office released few details about the finding of his body, saying only that it happened around 2 p.m. on Thursday and that “the circumstances surrounding Mr. Fiddler’s death are under investigation.”
