How much is the city tax and state tax per county to make gas so high. the state surcharge is 28 cents, and the city is around 15 to 20 cents. But don't forget the lie the leaders used for an extra 10 per gallon to build extra bridges, and it turned out it was for dredging the mobile river channel for the ports. Alabama government is as bad as Washington with lies and filling their pockets with money.
