    IMPD investigating late night shooting on far east side

    INDIANAPOLIS – Indianapolis Metropolitan police say are investigating a shooting on the far east side.

    Officers were dispatched around 11:45 p.m. Thursday o the 3000 block of Bavarian East Drive. They found a person had been shot at that location.

    IMPD didn’t disclose the extent of the victim’s injuries, saying only that the person was in stable condition.

    The shooting remains under investigation.
