Silver Alert issued for man missing from LaPorte County

LaPorte County, Ind. — A Silver Alert has been issued out of LaPorte County for a missing 66-year-old man.

The LaPorte County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Ronald Bowling, who is described as a 5’7” tall white male weighing 160 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen on Wednesday, Aug. 28 around 3:30 p.m. wearing a a cowboy hat with polka dots, a white shirt and black shorts.

Anyone with information related to Bowling’s location is asked to contact the LaPorte County Sherruff’s Office at 219-326-7700 or 911.
