3 arrested after drug raid in Winchester, facing 23 charges

WINCHESTER, Ind. — Three individuals were arrested on Tuesday after police executed a search warrant at a home in Winchester, according to court documents.

Winchester Police Department officers were dispatched to the 200 block of N Meridian St. in Winchester on Tuesday, Sept. 3, after receiving complaints about people coming up to the home all hours of the day and night for a short time.

During the search of the home drugs were found as well as an 11 month old child which led to a neglect charge for two the three arrested.

Krystal D. Melton was charged with:

• Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 4 Felony
• Dealing in a Narcotic Drug, a Level 4 Felony
• Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 5 Felony
• Possession of a Narcotic Drug, a Level 5 Felony
• Obstruction of Justice, a Level 6 Felony
• Neglect of a Dependent, a Level 6 Felony
• Maintaining a Common Nuisance, a Level 6 Felony – Controlled Substances
• Unlawful Possession of Syringe, a Level 6 Felony
• Possession of Marijuana, a Class B Misdemeanor
• Possession of Paraphernalia

Travis Jacob Guntle was charged with:

• Dealing in Methamphetamine, a Level 4 Felony
• Dealing in a Narcotic Drug, a Level 4 Felony
• Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 5 Felony
• Possession of a Narcotic Drug, a Level 5 Felony
• Obstruction of Justice, a Level 6 Felony
• Neglect of a Dependent, a Level 6 Felony
• Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Controlled Substances, a Level 6 Felony
• Unlawful Possession of Syringe, a Level 6 Felony

Jessica L. Jackson was charged with:

• Possession of Methamphetamine, a Level 5 Felony
• Possession of a Narcotic Drug, a Level 5 Felony
• Neglect of a Dependent, a Level 6 Felony
• Maintaining a Common Nuisance – Controlled Substances, a Level 6 Felony
• Unlawful Possession of Syringe, a Level 6 Felony
