INDIANAPOLIS – More than a decade has passed since anyone has seen or heard from Jessica Masker.

Masker, then 24, was reported missing on April 15, 2013, after leaving her cousin’s home to walk to a gas station at Washington and Emerson on the east side of Indianapolis.

“We don’t know if she’s gone or if she’s out here and something bad happened to her,” said Christina Inabnit, Masker’s sister. “It’s difficult to learn how to deal with this and continue everything that we do everything we do every year for her.”

Family members said Masker was in an abusive relationship; her boyfriend had previously served time for battery against her. He told detectives he didn’t know what happened to her.
