    1 critical, at least 2 others injured in hit-and-run crash in downtown Indianapolis

    INDIANAPOLIS — Three people were injured in a hit-and-run crash in downtown Indianapolis late Saturday afternoon.

    According to a media notification from the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the intersection of East Ohio Street and North College Avenue around 4 p.m. on a report of a serious bodily injury crash. Police ultimately deemed the crash to be a hit-and-run.

    IMPD confirmed three adults were injured in the crash. Police indicated that at least one of the injured individuals is in critical condition.

    A FOX59/CBS4 crew at the scene observed Six Ways Market was happening near the scene of the crash.

    The cause of the crash is still unclear. IMPD has not provided any details on potential suspects or persons of interest.
