the truth is nobody know what you going through if you never tell anybody talk to people somebody will understand stop having that stupid pride to think that everybody got to judge because not some are but there are some of us out there who are not an understand just remember you're never alone

Mental health in the black community is so overlooked!! When you tell somebody your problems they go talk about you even family! Some people are just so alone and in a dark place and they hide it well because they don’t want to get ridiculed are called crazy! Then things like this happens and we wonder how could it get to this point!! A lot of people suffer in silence! So listen to your family and friends check on them see if they’re ok! Stop being messy and really be a ear 👂 to listen, a shoulder to cry on,etc!! RIP 💐💐
