Lexington man accused of indecent liberties at hospital, documents say

LEXINGTON, N.C. (WGHP) — A man is facing charges after allegedly exposing himself in a hospital emergency room in Davidson County.

According to Davidson County court documents, on Sunday, Roger Sherod Winston, 40, of Lexington, was arrested and charged with indecent liberties with a child, indecent exposure with a minor present and indecent exposure.

It is reported that Winston exposed himself and committed a lewd act in the presence of a juvenile and their parent in the hospital’s emergency room waiting area.

He was taken to the Davidson County Jail and given no bond.

Winston is scheduled to appear in Davidson County District Court on Sept. 30.
