    Over 1/2 pound of meth, 9 firearms seized from North Carolina home, sheriff says

    CALDWELL COUNTY, N.C. ( QUEEN CITY NEWS ) — 280 grams of methamphetamine and 9 firearms were seized from a home, according to the Caldwell County Sheriff’s Office.

    The seizure happened on Saturday, August 31, by Narcotic Agents with the Sheriff’s Office Intercounty Counter-Drug Enforcement (ICE) Unit.

    “We are continuing to be aggressive on our drug campaign,” said Sheriff Kevin Bean. “This investigation went according to plan and a big seizure was made.”
