    This was an isolated incident.

    At the scene

A witness at the scene tells FOX8 they heard gunshots in the area and saw people running for cover.

“I was scared to go over there,” said a woman who was going to Food Lion to buy ice cream for her kids. “We moved to this area .. because we thought it would be safe, and it’s not.”

She was parked about 60 feet away from the ATM in her car when she heard the shots.

“I got out when I was on the phone with the lady from 911 and went to look at him. The man was lying on the ground, and … he moved a little bit,” she said.

I got this saying from a lady that posts on YOUTUBE about crime it's a very underrated channel it's called "RISING CRIME.She also says at the end of her videos."If the criminals don't fear the police, the judges, or the justice system, then they must be taught to fear their victims." It's a very good channel. I suggest everyone check it out.
