Armed man steals woman’s engagement rings, keys at Myrtle Beach Circle K, police say

MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — An armed robber stole a woman’s engagement rings and keys from a gas station parking lot on Monday, according to Myrtle Beach police.

The woman was at the Circle K store off of George Bishop Parkway when the man wearing all black clothes and a white floral bucket hat approached her at a gas pump, a police report said. She told officers they had a quick conversation before he pulled out what appeared to be a small handgun.

After taking the rings off her fingers and her car and house keys, the report said the man drove away and headed south in a black two-door BMW. The woman was able to get video of the man before the robbery occurred.
