One stabbed, killed on Randleman Road in Greensboro, police say

GREENSBORO, N.C. (WGHP) — A woman was killed in an early-morning stabbing Sunday, the Greensboro Police Department reports.

According to a press release, Sunday around 3:03 a.m., Greensboro police, Greensboro Fire and Guilford County EMS responded to a cardiac/respiratory arrest call in the 2300 block of Randleman Road.

Brandy Elaine Wright, 45, was found unresponsive in the parking lot. According to police, her injuries showed she had been assaulted and stabbed.

Wright was pronounced dead at the scene.

Information regarding possible suspects is unavailable at this time.

Unfortunately, there is a lot of prostitution on Randleman Road, and go by Home Depot or Truilant Day or Night. It's sad. Is there anyplace safe. God bless this woman's spirit.

That is so horrible. Greensboro is a murder city they keep this up nobody is going to want to deal with Greensboro or reside here because it’s not safe. They doing the absolute most around here man and for nothing. Every time u turn around somebody getting killed why do people think it’s ok to take another person’s life because it isn’t. You didn’t give life to them so u have no right to take another human being’s life away from them. That’s evil need to change from that seriously
