Scores: Friday Night Touchdown Week 7

CLEVELAND (WJW) – We’ve made it to Week 7 of Friday Night Touchdown! FOX 8 crews were out across Northeast Ohio, bringing you highlights from the best matchups in high school football.

The seventh FOX 8 Game of the Week of the 2024 season was a massive showdown between Kirtland and Berkshire.

Coach Tiger LaVerde’s Kirtland Hornets are the defending OHSAA State Champion in Division VI. The Hornets currently ranked #2 in Division VI and are seeking their eighth state title since 2011.

Meanwhile, Coach Josh DeWeese’s Berkshire Badgers are off to their best start in years.

Kirtland defeated Berkshire in a 46-11 win.

Tonight’s Chick-fil-A Rivalry Game of the Week was Cuyahoga Falls at Copley.

Copley came out on top with a 62-7 victory.
