    Teen pizza delivery driver robbed at gunpoint in Akron

    AKRON, Ohio (WJW) – A 19-year-old pizza delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint Friday night in Akron while on the job.

    According to a press release from the Akron Police Department , the victim was dropping off a Dominos order at a home on the 1200 block of Arnold Avenue around 8:25 p.m. when he was met by an unknown man in the driveway who demanded his money at gunpoint.

    According to the release, the victim handed over his wallet before the suspect fled on foot.

    According to the release, the victim was not physically harmed during the robbery.
