No one from that clown show should ever receive a freaking raise! Probably shouldn't have jobs!

This was the plan all along. Float a ridiculous amount, 49%, that they knew would receive tons of criticism, then rescind that and go for a 'modest' 5% in each of the next 2 years. Compared to the 49%, the 10% will look like nothing, and they will push that raise thru with no problem.
