    The reviews are in.

Dave Portnoy’s “ One Bite ” impressions of cheese pizza on the South Shore made during a recent visit have been posted.

The Barstool Sports founder made pit stops for pie around country singer Zach Bryan’s concert at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro on July 17. Portnoy joined Bryan onstage to sing part of Bryan's song “ Revival .”

Once published on YouTube, these reviews typically mean big business for the featured restaurants as they garner hundreds of thousands of views. The related “One Bite” website also invites customers to give their own ratings from 0 to 10.

Here’s what Portnoy had to say.

The first review posted was from Weymouth, what Portnoy called “Bar Pie City. This refers to South Shore bar pizza, typically on the smaller side and known for having crispy crust and being covered to the edge in sauce and cheese.

Portnoy went to The Next Page Cafe at 550 Broad St.

On first impressions, he said the pizza was “good-looking” and “not too greasy.” He also noted that the restaurant had a “great vibe for bar pie” with “old-timers watching 'The Price Is Right.'”

After taking a bite: “This is great bar pie. This isn’t good – this is a great bar pie.”

Portnoy admitted that bar pizza has its own ratings scale in his head, which can’t be compared to other types like New Haven, Connecticut, or New York.

“I love bar pie so much,” he said. Ultimately, he gave it an 8.1.

Bravo Pizzeria in Quincy gets the "One Bite" treatment

The next video review was for Bravo Pizzeria at 531 Washington St. in Quincy.

This pizza was more of a “traditional, football, cold-weather pizza,” Portnoy said. While he would have preferred it to be cooked more well-done, he wants the restaurants to serve the pizza how they would to anyone else.

Overall, he gave the pizza a 7.4, calling Bravo a “classic neighborhood spot.”

“You’ll never have to leave here,” he said. “You’ll always be happy with your pizza. It’s not going to be in the hall of fame, but it’s good enough that you’ll never leave.”

The review is a little longer than other reviews, as it goes into Portnoy’s preparations for singing “Revival” onstage and ends with Bravo Pizzeria’s owner offering him a chance to compare their better-known Sicilian slice to what he ordered. He preferred the original order, shirking the thought of a “fancy slice.”

How did 'One Bite' rate Liberty Tavern in Quincy?

Portnoy also visited Liberty Tavern at 1647 Hancock St. in Quincy.

He knocked it for the level of grease on the pie and enjoyed the crust, but put his reasoning in the context that the restaurant sold more than just pizza.

“If I’m going to Liberty Tavern, I’m not getting the pizza. I’m getting everything else on the menu,” he said.

Their pizza got a 6.4, but he would give the vibes an 8.2.
