This fact can often be fascinating and sometimes puzzling, but it does deserve to be recognized and examined. Hence the debut full-length “Love In Short Paragraphs” from the Providence alt-funk act Grizzlies, which they self-released on June 28. There’s a soulful vibe being conveyed via the groovy rhythms courtesy of bassist Mikaela Villani, drummer Riley Smith and keyboardist Emily Iwuc while complimenting the excellent riffs from guitarist Josh Zenil and Cynthia Munrayos’ vocal delivery.
