Williamsport man caught trading cocaine for guns with undercover detective
Williamsport, Pa. — A Lock Haven man was busted attempting to exchange three eight-balls of cocaine for a gun with an undercover detective. Stacy Fernelle Henry, 49, initially agreed to trade 25 grams of cocaine and 14 grams of methamphetamine for two guns on June 25, Lycoming County Detectives said.
