Rev. Robert L. Rivard, FMSI, 89, died Saturday, May 25, 2024, a native of Bristol, CT and a priest of the Sons of Mary Missionary Society. Fr. Bob was raised in Bristol, CT, and served his country proudly in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He entered his religious life in 1965 as a Brother in the Sons of Mary. He took his First Vows on January 18, 1967, and his Perpetual Vows on February 11, 1973. He was a graduate of Holy Apostles College in Cromwell, CT with a Bachelor of Arts degree, and earned his Master of Divinity from Pope John XXIII National Seminary in Weston, MA in June of 1977.

Christopher J. Ahearn, 67, of Framingham MA passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024 after a brief illness. He was born in Dorchester MA, the son of the late Joseph P. Ahearn Jr. and the late Mary M. Ahearn of Framingham. Chris attended Marian High School in Framingham, and was a proud alumnus of the University of Notre Dame. He subsequently earned his law degree from Suffolk University.

Unfortunately, during the summer break, these food services are unavailable and students have a difficult time finding healthy food choices.
Greenery for Shavuot
Decorating homes and synagogues with flowers and greenery on Shavuot is an age-old custom that brings to life the agricultural origins of the holiday. On a leisurely walk around Small Farm, take time for bits of Torah in preparation for the holiday of Shavuot, when we celebrate receiving the Torah and gather greenery to decorate your home. Early registrations for a fee of $18 will also receive a small bouquet of flowers. RSVP here.
Canoeing the Sudbury River
Enjoy a leisurely canoe trip along the Sudbury River watching for herons, beavers, and other wildlife. Stop off at Greenways Conservation Area for a bit of River Torah, reflection, guided meditation, and snacks. Pat Conaway of Keep Natick Beautiful will guide the canoes and Rabbi Katy Allen will guide the Torah and meditation. Space is limited. Reserve your spot in a canoe for $18 per person or $36 per family. Children are welcome!
