Troopers rescue dog left unattended in hot vehicle
COLLEGE PARK, MD—Maryland State Police rescued a dog that was left unattended in a hot vehicle on Tuesday. Trooper Shane McGregor, assigned to the Aviation Command, assisted the College Park barrack with a reported dog left in a hot car on the shoulder of I-495 near the Baltimore-Washington Parkway on July 16th.

Brunswick 13-16 stars go 1-2 in state tourney
The host Brunswick team ran into some strong competition in the Virginia Babe Ruth 13-16 year old tournament in Lawrenceville but fought hard to compile a 1-2 record.
