Update: Air quality alert for 5 N.J. counties until Tuesday night
On Tuesday at 4:46 p.m. an updated air quality alert was issued valid until 11 p.m. for Passaic, Hudson, Bergen, Essex and Union counties. "The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has issued an Air Quality Action Day for the following counties: Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Essex, Union until 11 p.m. this evening. An Air Quality Action Day means that Ground Level Ozone within the region may approach or exceed unhealthy standards," states the National Weather Service.

SCRANTON – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania has announced that Amanda Marie Correa, 29, Robert Andrew Barnes, 24, Christine Deann DiCarlo, 50, Shaqare Jaymont Blackwell, 23, Shakur Serafin Brownstein, 27, Dylan Wilson Small, 35, and Samual Jordan, 42, were charged by a federal grand jury in a Superseding Indictment which includes conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance resulting in death and serious bodily injury; two counts of distributing fentanyl resulting in death and serious bodily injury; two counts of brandishing firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime; kidnapping; and aggravated identity theft.

Truestone has filed a WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act) notice with the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry informing the state of the layoffs. The positions are based at Tobyhanna Army Depot, 11 Hap Arnold Blvd. in Coolbaugh Township, Monroe County.

8-year-old killed while riding bike on N.J. street identified
An 8-year-old boy who was fatally struck by a car while riding his bike last week has been identified as Avyaan Gupta, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office said. Avyaan was struck and killed by an SUV in Parsippany on July 9, officials said. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the 5:34 p.m. crash on the 100 block of Littleton Road.

The Board of Commissioners unequivocally condemn the attempt on former President Trump's life and any other political violence. All political parties in this nation all have the same goal: to make this already great nation even greater. They simply disagree on how to accomplish that goal.
