North Country man sold pounds of weed to undercover cop for shoebox full of guns, feds say
Syracuse, N.Y. − A Franklin County man pleaded guilty Tuesday in federal court to selling pounds of marijuana in exchange for a shoebox full of pistols. He made the deal with an undercover cop in Massena and was arrested immediately after, an agent from the Bureau of U.S. Alcohol Tobacco & Firearms said in a criminal complaint.

Franklin County Man Accused of Felony D.W.I. following Town of Denmark Motor Vehicle Accident
WEST CARTHAGE-A 34 year old Malone, NY man is facing felony D.W.I. charges following a one car motor vehicle accident that occurred on the Deer River Road in the Town of Denmark Saturday night. New York State Police from the Carthage Barracks charged Jesse N.D. Flemming with one count each of Driving While Intoxicated with two previous convictions within the past 10 years and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Blood Alcohol Content of .08 of 1 Percent or more Blood Alcohol Content/ two prior convictions of designated offense within 10 years: both Class D felonies. Flemming was transported to Central Arraignment which was listed as the last arrest status. The arrest was pending investigation as of Sunday morning's press time.
