The Indy Chamber recently hosted an event that worked to attract and retain young Indianapolis workers. The Fast Forward event partnered with the Indy Chamber, Lumina Foundation, and Pacers Sports and Entertainment. Joe Pellman, the Executive Director of Regional Image Marketing for the Indy Chamber, says the event was aimed at interns and early-career professionals. INDIANAPOLIS – Police are investigating after five people were injured in various overnight shootings across Indianapolis. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, just before 12:30 a.m., officers responded to the 3500 block of Clifton Street on Indy’s near northwest side. When officers arrived, they located a male with a gunshot wound. He was reported to be in stable condition, according to police.
