Top Notch 4 H Club holds July meeting
Top Notch 4-H Club met at the Birchwood Training Center on July 14th, 2024. At this meeting 20 members were in attendance. The upcoming Skillathon dates were discussed, as well as completing project books. Members were informed about the sale, buyer letters, and Jr. fairboard applications. Advisors also shared information about online entries for shows. The next meeting will be on August 13th at 6PM in the Swine Barn.

SPEEDWAY, Ind. — The last time that Kyle Larson had a special orange-white-blue paint scheme on his No. 5 Hendrick Motorsports Chevrolet, he was suiting up and showing up to Charlotte Motor Speedway, fresh from Indy in his weather-altered bid for a Memorial Day double. Rain delayed his Indianapolis 500 run and his arrival in Charlotte. He never turned a lap in the Coca-Cola 600 when storms halted the 1,100-mile attempt.
Patriot Park playground removal begins July 22, 2024
Last Updated on July 21, 2024 by Cass County Communication Network. SOURCE: News release from Logansport Parks and Recreation Department. The Logansport Parks & Recreation Department has announced that removal of the Patriot Park Playground will begin starting the week of July 22nd. The current playground which was originally built in 2002, will be removed, except for the swings. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of the week. All demolition work is weather permitting.
