LIVINGSTON — Two adults and a 13-year-old juvenile were arrested after a traffic stop in Baton Rouge ended with a pursuit through Livingston Parish on Interstate 12. It was around 11 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23 when Baton Rouge Police officers stopped a driver.
