    Franklin Independence Day Fireworks Celebration Set for Wednesday

    SOMERSET, NJ - This year’s Independence Day Fireworks is scheduled to happen on July 3rd, from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. As usual, the celebration will be taking place at the Franklin Township Municipal Complex.

    From 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, attendees can walk around and participate in various activities. Food and refreshments will be available at the 9 food trucks that will be stationed near the library.  Visitors will swoon as Soul and R&B Band ‘Priceless’ perform at the Township Gazebo!

    There will also be activities for kids, as well as booths set up by multiple local organizations.

    The night's fireworks will begin at 9:15 pm.

    The predicted forecast appears to show no precipitation and a cool temperature of 87 degrees on July 3rd. However, if precipitation does occur, the rain date is scheduled as July 5th.
