Man faces murder charges after body discovered in Vienna, police say
VIENNA, W.Va. (WCHS) — A body was discovered in Wood County on Saturday evening, kicking off a death investigation and an arrest, police say. Reports came in just before 4:30 p.m. of an unresponsive person in an apartment on the1200 block of 19th Street. WASHINGTON (AP) — The Environmental Protection Agency is awarding $4.3 billion in grants to fund projects in 30 states to reduce climate pollution. The money will go to 25 projects targeting greenhouse gas emissions from transportation, electric power, commercial and residential buildings, industry, agriculture and waste and materials management.
