Plane makes emergency landing at Centennial Airport
A small plane made an emergency landing at Centennial Airport on Saturday, according to South Metro Fire Rescue. The Commander twin prop plane had just taken off Runway 35L at Centennial Airport but declared an emergency. The aircraft reported an engine failure and returned for an emergency landing. South Metro Fire Rescue and the Centennial Airport responded to the incident. Two adults were on board the plane. One person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. JEFFERSON COUNTY, Colo. — A 13-year-old girl from Jefferson County was reported missing after being involved in a reported hit-and-run crash in Denver early Sunday.
