The Pride in the Plaza festival drew crowds to downtown Silver Spring on Sunday capping off Pride Month in Montgomery County. State police issue warrant for man accused of raping child in Adams County
Police issued an arrest warrant for a man they have charged with allegedly raping a child in Adams County, according to court records.
