One of the top quarterbacks in Oklahoma high school football has made his college decision. Muskogee’s Jamarian Ficklin announced his commitment to Texas State on Thursday. Ficklin led Muskogee to the Class 6A-II state title as a junior last season and was named The Oklahoman’s All-State Offensive Player of the Year.
