A New Hotel Is Coming to Fredericksburg, Bringing Along a Market-style Deli

The Albert Hotel — an upcoming “honest Hill Country getaway” backed by the New Waterloo hospitality company — plans to debut in Fredericksburg.

Coming to 213 East Austin Street , the inn will land near establishments such as Kaffee Haus, Sage Restaurant & Lounge, and Vaudeville.

In addition to “110 guest rooms, a sunken pool, a full-service spa, [and] event spaces,” the retreat will boast three restaurants and two bars, according to Austin Eater — one of which is The Pharmacy, a “market-style deli” that will offer “fresh pastries and coffee, with all things laminated by our culinary director + in-house sugar pusher Chef Amanda Rockman ,” as described in a New Waterloo Instagram post.

What Now San Antonio reached out to Rockman to inquire about the concept, but she could not provide additional information before publication.
