Green Bay area non-profits celebrate Community Block grants
GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) - Several Green Bay area non-profits are celebrating into the weekend after being selected to receive federal grant money through the city. The money comes from what’s called the Community Block Grant Program. It’s vital federal funding the city receives every year and can choose how to disperse it into the community to help target key issues and services.
