ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. — Sturgis’ Arina Haugen captured the All-Around Rookie Cowgirl honors at this year’s National High School Finals Rodeo. Haugen qualified for the finals in three different events, breakaway roping, pole bending and barrel racing.
