Fremont County Sheriff’s Report

(Sidney) The Fremont County Sheriff’s Office reports nine arrests from July 15 to July 23.

*On July 15, deputies arrested Sara Alayne Johnson, age 44, of Pacific Junction, IA, for Possession of Marijuana 1st and Possessing a Controlled Substance-1,2,3rd. She was released on a $1,000 cash/surety bond.

*On July 16, deputies arrested Jarrett Michael Morgan, age 26, of Hamburg, IA, for Domestic Abuse Assault-1st. He was released on a $300 bond.

*On July 17, deputies arrested David Allan Thompson, age 42, of Hamburg, IA, for Domestic Assault-Bodily Injury-1st. He was released on a $1,000 cash/surety bond.

*On July 19, deputies arrested Alicia Marie Fenner, age 34, Homeless, for Possessing a Controlled Substance-1,2,3rd. She was released on a $1,000 cash/surety bond.

*On July 19, deputies arrested Julie Lynn Rainey, age 54, of Nebraska City, NB, for Possessing a Controlled Substance-1,2,3rd, OWI-1st Offense, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released on a $3,300 cash/surety bond.

*On July 22, deputies arrested Michael Loyal Henderson, age 58, of Auburn, NB, for Possessing a Controlled Substance-1,2,3rd and Eluding. He was released on a $2,000 cash/surety bond.

*On July 22, deputies arrested Ryan Earl Petersen, age 41, of Omaha, NB, for Unauthorized Possession of Offensive Weapons, a Short-Barreled Rifle or Shotgun, and Felon in Control of a Firearm. He is being held on a $50,000 cash/surety bond.

*On July 23, deputies arrested Cara Ashley Ingram, age 40, of Tucson, AZ, for Possessing a Controlled Substance-2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released on a $2,000 cash/surety bond.

On July 23, deputies arrested Martin Tel Leseberg, age 32, of Sidney, IA, for Domestic Abuse Assault-1st and Theft 4th Degree. He was released on $1,000 cash/surety bond.
