Fresno State will have three more football games on television this season after the Mountain West Conference finalized a deal with TNT Sports to broadcast games on truTV and Max.

The Bulldogs, despite winning 29 games and a conference championship over the past three seasons, had only five games included in the conference’s national TV package. That is the fewest for Fresno State since 2017, when coming off a 1-11 season. But the Bulldogs’ Sept. 14 game against New Mexico State, Sept. 21 game at New Mexico and Oct. 26 game against San Jose State were just picked up and will be televised by truTV.

The Mountain West will have 14 games on truTV and Max including four Saturday doubleheaders.

“TNT Sports provides the Mountain West with a third national television partner to showcase the outstanding student-athletes across the league,” Mountain West commissioner Gloria Nevarez said in a news release. “TNT Sports has always been a leader in sports broadcasting, and adding one of the top conferences in the FBS to its lineup will certainly be a benefit to (Mountain West) and college football fans across the country.”

With the addition of the television broadcasts, Fresno State has kickoff times for three of its six home games. The Sept. 14 game against New Mexico State at 7:30 p.m., the Oct. 26 game against San Jose State at 5 p.m. and the Nov. 23 game against Colorado State at 7:30 p.m.

The Bulldogs’ other home games are Sept. 7 against Sacramento State, Oct. 12 against Washington State and Nov. 2 against Hawaii. The game against Washington State will be televised by one of the FOX networks as part of the conference’s national TV package, the time and network to be determined within a 12-day window before kickoff. The other two games could end up on the Mountain West Network or on local television.
