FRESNO, Calif. ( KSEE/KGPE ) – Two teens were arrested after a chase with Fresno County Sheriff’s Deputies Tuesday morning.

Deputies say the chase started around 2:30 a.m. after they tried to pull over a car that was reported stolen near Shaw and Palm avenues. Deputies say the driver sped off, zigzagging, going over 80 m.p.h.

Deputies say the driver got on Highway 41 and ended up near Thesta and University avenues.

When the driver pulled over, the teens ran from the car and were taken into custody.

The teens were taken to Community Regional Medical Center for injuries. When released from the hospital, they will be transported to a juvenile detention center.
