Minturn extends approvals period for settlement with Battle Mountain developers: ‘This is the last delay’
The town of Minturn now has until August 12 to approve a settlement agreement with the entities representing the proposed Battle Mountain development in town. The Battle Mountain developers are seeking to build between 225 and 250 residential units, a spa, 50,000 square feet of commercial space and a water treatment plant in the Maloit Park area. To do so, the developers will have to convey some of its property to the town and will agree to restrictions on other portions of the property as part of a settlement agreement that the town approved in September.
