ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - St. Louis Metropolitan Police (SLMPD) said Wednesday they have caught suspects in a series of smash-and-grabs throughout the city that took place over nearly six months. Police estimate around 20 businesses were hit. They announced the arrests of five suspects, including one juvenile.
