Man accused of stealing plants from woman in South City
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A 42-year-old man is accused of stealing plants from a woman in South City. Daniel Cotler is charged with felony stealing. Police say he was captured on surveillance camera stealing plants from the 3600 block of S. Broadway between July 8 and July 11.
