A seriously, very risky investment for him & his minions. Utah is NOT a hockey state. Then they move the only fun family game of baseball to the southwest side of the valley where traffic alone is ridiculous! I agree, Ainge killed the JAZZ. I, personally, and I'm a regular person who barely survives, I couldn't & certainly wouldn't pay the exorbitant cost of a ticket for any of it! I'll stick with my UTES!
