Husband arrested after injecting Fentanyl into wife’s IV while she is in hospital
A man has been arrested after he injected Fentanyl into his wife’s IV while she was in the hospital. Fifty-four-year old James Darrell Holloway of Salem is charged with introducing a controlled substance into another person’s body, a class Y felony, the most serious crime in Arkansas not punishable by the death penalty.According to the probable cause affidavit from the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Holloway’s wife was a patient at the hospital in June when the incident happened. She was alert and coherent until Holloway came to visit. He stayed just a few minutes and then left and went to the lobby.
