    Fulton County grand jury

    WAUSEON — A Fulton County grand jury has indicted a number of defendants.

    Among them are:

    • Francisco Gomez, 27, Wauseon, for two counts of tampering with records, each a third-degree felony; and identity fraud, a fourth-degree felony.

    • Lorenzo Gomez, 22, Wauseon, for two counts of identity fraud, third- and fifth-degree felonies.

    • Gregory Fluttrow, 53, Continental, for two counts of OVI, each a fourth-degree felony.

    • Austin Kutzli, 26, Wauseon, for vandalism, a fourth-degree felony; and breaking and entering, a fifth-felony.

    • Michael Hughes, 42, Archbold, for five counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor or impaired person, each a fourth-degree felony; and 10 counts of illegal use of a minor or impaired person in nudity-oriented material or performance, each a fifth-degree felony.

    • Kari Gibson, 38, Wauseon, for theft from a protected class; unauthorized use of property and identity fraud, each a fifth-degree felony.

    • Taylor Locke, 21, Wauseon, for theft, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Joseph Pedraza, 32, Wauseon, for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

    • Thomas Skiver, 34, Archbold, for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.
