Three adults were charged with first-degree murder in Tuesday’s shooting on Kathy Street in Fulton.

Quiara Walton, Emmanuel Brown and Taeon Logan, 23, of Fulton, were charged in the shooting death of Jakiem O. Braggs, 19, of Fulton, according to Callaway County Prosecutor Benjamin Miller. A juvenile was also stated to be involved, court documents say.

The Fulton Police Department wrote on its Facebook page that Logan was arrested at 4:45 p.m. Wednesday and was brought to the Callaway County Jail. Miller later told ABC 17 News that Walton was also arrested. Neither have appeared on the jail's online roster as of Wednesday evening. Police wrote on Wednesday evening that the youth was also in custody.

Miller stated that Brown is still on the run and is considered "possibly armed and dangerous."

Braggs was found dead in the street after shots were fired. Neighbors told ABC 17 News they had seen him in the street with gunshot wounds, and at least one person saw him get shot.

According to the probable cause, police were called at 1:05 p.m. for a report of shots fired and Braggs was found dead with multiple gunshot wounds.

The statement says that police received a screenshot of Walton’s Snapchat account, which apparently showed two messages sent to Braggs at 12:55 p.m., with one requesting he show up to a Kathy Street residence.

While speaking with police, a witness allegedly stated that Walton called them to say Braggs was dead, the statement says. Court documents say Walton “lured” Braggs to the area. Braggs was apparently driving to the residence and was “ambushed while driving,” the statement says.

A witness stated in court documents that "Suspect 1," Logan and the juvenile were waiting behind a vehicle while Braggs drove down the street. Those three then opened fire, according to the statement.

Braggs then got out of the vehicle and returned fire before he was shot to death, the statement says. Police found a gun and a live round near Braggs’ body, as well as 24 spent shell casings in the area, the statement says.

One of the probable cause statements say a witness told police that "Suspect 1" was adamant about wanting to shoot Braggs in the head three times. The statement also says Braggs' gun jammed during the exchange of gunfire.
