    Fulton common pleas

    William Joseph Jr., 33, Wauseon, pleaded not guilty to strangulation, a fourth-degree felony; and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for June 28 and his bond was continued.

    Thomas Skiver, 34, Archbold, pleaded not guilty to menacing by stalking, a fourth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for July 24 and he was given a personal-recognizance bond.

    Anthony James, 51, Fayette, appeared for sentencing on a charge of domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was placed on community control for two years with conditions, including that he continue treatment with Henry Ford Adult Behavioral Services. Three counts of felonious assault, each a first-degree felony, were dismissed.

    Jaimie Fouty, 38, Toledo, pleaded not guilty to two counts of aggravated possession of drugs, each a third-degree felony; and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. A pretrial hearing was scheduled for July 16 and his bond was continued.

    Zachary Wehman, 37, Toledo, pleaded guilty to theft of drugs, a fourth-degree felony; and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was granted a motion for drug treatment in lieu of conviction and placed under supervision for three years with conditions, including that he comply with a treatment program and forfeit a 20-gauge shotgun seized in the investigation. Two counts of kidnapping, each a first-degree felony; felonious assault, a second-degree felony; abduction, a third-degree felony; having weapons while under disability, a fourth-degree felony; disrupting public services, a fourth-degree felony; and two counts of theft from a person in a protected class, each a fifth-degree felony, were dismissed as part of the plea negotiations.
