Anyone who uses a self driving vehicle is at fault for any accident or traffic offense that occurs they should be held responsible. That should limit the use of that feature. Nobody wants to be responsible when they trust computer algorithms instead of a human, but "toughski shitski," like they say in the Russian navy.
