Dillon Gabriel confirms he spoke to Ohio State during recruitment, explains why he chose Oregon
Dillon Gabriel spoke about his recruiting process while meeting with reporters at Big Ten Media Days on Thursday. The former Oklahoma quarterback confirmed Ohio State was one of the other programs he spoke to while he was in the portal. After a relatively short process, Gabriel ended up committing to Oregon last December following a visit to Eugene.

The city’s first sour ale brewery is closing its doors after seven years. Pretentious Barrel House announced earlier today that Aug. 11 will be its final day of business. Founded by Josh Martinez, Pretentious Barrel House opened at 745 Taylor Ave. in 2017 as Columbus’ first brewery to specialize exclusively in barrel-aged sour ales.

The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) Division of Wildlife recently sold a fishing boat that was previously seized from Chase Cominsky, a 37-year-old resident of Hermitage, Pennsylvania. The 22-foot Ranger boat was involved in a highly publicized cheating scandal and was sold through an online auction that came to an end on Tuesday, July 23rd.
